One of our new students, Freddie has started a work placement at Gartmore Shop, and we have many others who have successfully settled into new roles. For fuller details, please go to the Employability page.
The 2020-21 Annual General Meeting was held on Saturday 26 February 2022 in the Walled Garden of Gargunnock House, Gargunnock, Stirling FK8 3AZ.
Several Trustees were re-elected, and we are pleased to welcome Brian Wynne, a new Trustee elected at the meeting.
There are still several vacancies on the board of Trustees, and we would welcome nominations. If you are interested, please contact Gillian Forster at firstname.lastname@example.org
We have just signed a ten-year lease on the Walled Garden at Gargunnock House as part of our plans to expand our activities, and holding our AGM there gave members an early opportunity to see the site.
The simplest way to get there is to take the turning off the A811 signposted to Gargunnock on the east (Stirling) side of the village. Follow the road and bear right at the fork. The entrance to Gargunnock House is on the right, by the white cottage. Go down the drive (watch out for speed bumps); keep left when passing the House until you reach an old stone building. The parking area is between this building and the wall of the garden.
Our employability students are making excellent progress this winter.
